1. Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

Nutrivo helps you log food, exercise and weight. Nutrition values come from public databases, our AI assistant, and user-contributed entries. Values may be approximate.

3. Not medical advice

Nutrivo is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, exercise or supplementation.

4. Subscription & trial

Nutrivo requires a paid subscription. New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial, which begins when the subscription is started and costs nothing if cancelled before it ends. After the trial the plan renews automatically at its listed price until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Purchases are made through the App Store and billed to your Apple ID, so subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your Apple ID settings rather than on our website. Refunds are handled by Apple.

5. User content

You retain ownership of your logs. By contributing a food entry to the community database, you grant other users a non-exclusive licence to view and use that entry inside Nutrivo.

6. Acceptable use

Don't upload illegal, harmful or infringing content. Don't attempt to break the service or access other users' data.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Liability

Nutrivo is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
